Herb Aikens, President
As President and Owner of Lighthouse Electrical Contracting, Inc., Herb’s main focus is on client satisfaction and relations. As a young entrepreneur he understands the value of keeping lines of communication open both with his employees and the people his company serves in order to maintain the personal attention Lighthouse Electrical is known for.

     
Justin Aikens, Foreman (Wind/Solar)
Justin brings over 12 years of hands-on electrical experience to the company. Working on such innovatively engineered projects as Boston’s Shriner’s Hospital and Foxboro’s Gillette Stadium has provided him with the versatility, skill and competence needed to help Lighthouse Electrical excel in the emerging field of wind and solar energy.

Paul Kane, Outside Supervisor
In the 15 years that Paul has been in the business he has collected all the tools necessary to handle any project that Lighthouse takes on. His field knowledge, organizational skills, professional attitude and dedication to each project is immeasurable. Paul holds an electrical engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and received his Journeyman status from I.B.E.W. Local 103.
   
William Norcott, Foreman
In the 20 years that bill has been an electrician, he has spent 16 of those years running work of various sizes. Some of his projects include 3 - 3 story buildings for Harvard, a three story building for Brandies University, 2 floors for Weingarten Insurance, Hotel Commonwealth , and many more. Bill attended Wentworth Institute and did his apprenticeship with the JATC Local 103 to obtain his journeyman license.
   
Mike Polito, Foreman
Mike has 15 years of experience under his belt specializing in medical facilities and their intricate systems of fire alarm, security, emergency back up generators and medical gas monitoring. Managing projects from the field with an understanding of the delicate nature of the medical field coupled with a hands-on approach makes Mike invaluable in project management and client relations.
   
David Holton
David earned his Masters Electrician License in Virginia from I.B.E.W. Local 80 and has been in the Boston Electrical Industry since 1984. He brings over 25 years of knowledge to the Electrical Contracting Industry successfully executing in positions as a Chief Estimator /Senior Project Manager in complex fast developing project environments. David’s years of experiences in the Electrical Industry gives him an invaluable insight to design, layout and negotiation of schedule and price sensitive projects.
   
Scott Sullivan, Project Manager/Estimator
Lighthouse Electrical Contracting, Inc. is please to announce the appointment of Scott Sullivan as Project Manager/Estimator.
Scott brings with him 30 years of electrical expertise in both new construction and tenant fit up on projects in and around the downtown area. His extensive knowledge of the buildings in Boston as well as his understanding of what the facilities managers require in these buildings makes Scott an incredible asset to both Lighthouse Electrical Contracting, Inc. and our clients.
   
Newell Thomas, Project Manager (Wind/Solar)
Newell Thomas has been working in the renewable energy field for almost 30 years. With an engineering degree from Brown University, he has been involved with both wind and solar projects across the US. In the late 1970s Mr. Thomas restored and installed vintage Jacobs and Windcharger turbines in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He has also worked with New England Wind Energy Conversion Services conducting wind site assessment for Searsburg and other potential wind sites. Newell’s expertise also includes monitoring and instrumentation of renewable energy systems.
   

Ivy White, Director of Operations
Bringing 20 years of construction administration experience with her, both on the GC and Subcontractor side, gives Ivy a well rounded understanding of the needs of the general contractor and the client on a more personal level. She has developed a strong, honest rapport with the people that she deals with making her a valuable asset to the company.
